WITHOUT CHAINS, IN CHAIN \ SIN CADENAS, EN CADENA

When 25 years have elapsed since the Beijing Platform for Action, a new generation joins the fight to imagine economies, societies and political systems, that defend human rights and achieve gender equality, leaving no one behind. This global movement understands that gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but the necessary basis to achieve a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world, as reflected in the Sustainable Development Goals.

Sarralle adheres to this demonstration working together for the:

  • transformation of gender relations in everyday life,

  • erradication of all forms of violence against women and repair the victims of that structural violence,

  • building conditions and opportunities for the economic, social, political and cultural participation of women of all conditions in local life,

  • fight against all forms of discrimination,

  • design co-responsible social organizations that put lives at the center.

We share the message that “Building the future has a lot to do with the past. The work for equality is not born from scratch, but has a feminist genealogy and a commitment from many people and social agents who have been responsible for maintaining their claim over time.”

In Sarralle, we will continue working without chains, in chain.
