PEINER TRAGER project, Germany, 2022

PEINER TRÄGER GmbH , an independent subsidiary of the Sazgitter AG and one of the most successful European Steel companies , trusted SARRALLE to replace the Ladle Turret of the continuous casting plant SGA1 at their facilities in Germany.

The new Ladle Turret installed by SARRALLE is able to support 2 types of ladles ( oval and cylindrical ) of 170t and 200t respectively with a rotation of 360 degrees. This project also has included a Gantry Swivel Crane, Shroud Manipulator and the Moud Fume Exhaust System.

ARCELOR MITTAL Ghent , Belgium, 2019

This project for ARCELOR MITTAL Ghent ( Belgium ) consisted of dismantling the previous ladle turret of the continous caster and replacing it with a new one. The new turret is able to handle 2 ladles with average heat size of 330 tons ( 470tons gross weight ). 

SARRALLE was able to dismantle of the existing turret and the installation of the new turret in an 18 days shutdown.

Proyecto para PEINER TRAGER , Alemania , 2022

PEINER TRÄGER GmbH , enpresa independiente parte de Sazgitter AG y una de las más exitosas empresas siderúrgicas europeas, confió en SARRALLE para reemplazar su torreta existente de colada continua SGA1 en su planta de  Alemania. 

La nueva torreta instalada por SARRALLE es capaz de sujetar 2 tipos de cuchara ( ovalada y cilíndrica ) de 170t y 200t respectivamente con una rotación de 360 grados. Este proyecto también incluía una grúa de mantenimiento incorporada, un manipulador de buza cuchara y el sistema de extracción de humos del tundish.

ARCELOR MITTAL Ghent , Bélgica , 2019

Este proyecto para ARCELOR MITTAL Ghent ( Bélgica ) consistió en el desmantelamiento de la antigua torreta de la colada continua y reemplazarla por la nueva. La nueva torreta es capaz de sujetar 2 cucharas con unas dimensiones de 330 tn ( 470 toneladas peso total ) .

SARRALLE fué capaz de realizar el desmontaje de la antigua torreta y el montaje y puesta en marcha de la nueva en una parada de 18 días.
