Sarralle Rolling Mill has installed and signed the Final Acceptance Test of the Variable Configuration Cut-Off saw at Sunflag Iron and Steel (India).
Sunflag Iron and Steel is a prestigious unit of the SUNFLAG GROUP. The plant is located in the central part of India at Bhandara, Maharashtra, 70 kms from Nagpur, with a capacity to produce 500,000 tonnes per annum of high-quality special steel using liquid pig iron and sponge iron as basic inputs.
With this Variable Configuration Cut-Off saw they have the possibility of both types of cutting techniques in the same machine.Sunflag will have the option to cut bars alternatively with abrasive wheel (dry cutting) or with metallic blade (wet cutting) and produce SBQ and Merchant Bars in the same plant , keeping the operational cost in the minimum. Best surface quality , burr-free and perfect perpendicularity for the SBQ bars together with competitive transformation cost for the Merchant Bars.
SARRALLE has design, manufacture, assembly and commission the equipment and now it is working with the highest quality and productivity parameters.

Sunflag Iron and Steel es una prestigiosa unidad de SUNFLAG GROUP. La planta está ubicada en la parte central de la India en Bhandara, Maharashtra, a 70 kms de Nagpur, con una capacidad para producir 500.000 toneladas anuales de acero especial de alta calidad utilizando arrabio líquido y hierro de reducción directa como insumos básicos.
Esta Cortadora de Configuración Variable brinda la posibilidad de ambas técnicas de corte en la misma máquina . Sunflag podrá cortar barras alternativamente con disco abrasivo (corte seco) o con disco metálico (corte húmedo) y producir SBQ y Merchant Bar en la misma planta, manteniendo el coste operacional al mínimo. La mejor calidad de superficie, sin rebabas y perfecta perpendicularidad para las barras de SBQ junto con un coste de transporfación competitivo para las Merchant Bars.
SARRALLE ha diseñado, fabricado , ensamblado , montado y puesto en marcha el equipo y actualmente está funcionando con los parámetros más altos de calidad y productividad .
