SARRALLE has been selected by Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd. for a New Greenfield Meltshop in India.

Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd. ( Lloyds ) was incorporated in 1977 as a steel manufacturing company and today is present across the value chain of steel manufacturing , form iron ore mining to DRI manufacturing, and is further forward integrating in to steel manufacturing.

This New Meltshop will be located in Ghugus, Maharashtra, and will produce 1.200.000 TPA of long product.

SARRALLE will design , manufacture and supervise the erection and comissioning of the all main equipments of the new Meltshop:

• 2 X 50 Tn EAF

• 3 x 50 Tn LF

• 2 x 1200000 M3/Hr FES

• 1 x 50 Tn VD

• 2 x 9/16 M CCM

• Auxiliaries

The Comissioning of the New Meltshop is planified for 2026.

SARRALLE ha sido seleccionada por Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd para un Nueva Acería Greenfield en India.

Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd. (Lloyds) se fundó en 1977 como empresa siderúrgica y en la actualidad está presente en toda la cadena de valor de la siderurgia, desde la extracción de mineral de hierro hasta la fabricación de DRI, y prosigue su integración en la siderurgia.

Esta Nueva Acería estará situada en Ghugus, Maharashtra, y producirá 1.200.000 TPA de producto largo.

SARRALLE diseñará, fabricará y supervisará el montaje y la puesta en marcha de todos los equipos principales de la nueva Acería:

• 2 X 50 Tn EAF

• 3 x 50 Tn LF

• 2 x 1200000 M3/Hr FES

• 1 x 50 Tn VD

• 2 x 9/16 M CCM

• Auxiliares

La puesta en marcha de la Nueva Planta de Acería está planificada para el 2026.
