1. DESCRIPTION

  • At Sarralle, innovation drives our transition to a low-carbon industry. Through collaborative R&D projects like H-Acero, H2Integra and HyInHeat, we develop and test hydrogen-based technologies for steel and aluminium production. Our in-house pilots—reheating furnaces, EAFs, mobile H₂ generators—allow real-world trials under industrial conditions. Backed by strong partnerships and EU funding, we turn advanced research into scalable, hydrogen-ready solutions for heavy industry..

2. TECHNOLOGY

  • Hydrogen-ready and oxycombustion technologies
  • Integration of hydrogen generation technologies (PEM/AEM)
  • Carbon capture through PSA technologies
  • Thermal model development for reheating Furnaces

3. ADVANTAGES

  • Significant CO₂ Emissions Reduction

  • Full Compatibility with Existing Equipment

  • Industrial-Scale Validation

  • Improved Energy Efficiency

  • Future-Ready Assets
