SARRALLE is proud to announce the succesful hot comissioning of a 65tn Ladle Furnace at ESL Steel Ltd-Vedanta  in India.The inauguration was led by Mr. Arun Misra (ED Vedanta and CEO Zinc business), making it a proud moment for everyone involved.

SARRALLE has provided to ESL Vedanta the engineering and manufacturing of the Ladle Furnace, and its utilities, Fume Extraction System, Material Handling System, Electric & Automation and steel building (control, trafo, electrical and hydraulic rooms).

The execution of basic and detailed engineering has been designed by SARRALLE and the equipment has been manufactured  in our own manufacturing facilities and delivered, installed and commissioned for our SARRALLE Team in collaboration with the customer. Complete civil work has been executed under SARRALLE’s supervision.

The relationship between EST Steel Ltd-Vedanta and SARRALLE has been very successfully before and during this project and we are completely sure that it will continue being satisfactory in the future.

SARRALLE se enorgullece en anunciar la satisfactoria puesta en marcha del Horno Cuchara de 65tn para  ESL Steel Ltd-Vedanta en India. La inauguración fué dirigida por el señor Arun Misra (ED Vedanta y CEO de la línea de negocio de Zinc ), haciendo de este acto un momento de orgullo para todas las personas que han participado en este proyecto.

SARRALLE ha proporcionado a ESL Vedanta la ingeniería y fabricación del horno de cuchara, y los equipos e instalaciones relacionadas con la misma tales como , el sistema de extracción de humos, sistema de manejo de materiales, la parte eléctrica y automatización y la construcción metálica de los edificios (control, trafo, salas eléctricas e hidráulicas).

La ejecución de la ingeniería básica y de detalle ha sido diseñada por SARRALLE. La fabricación de equipos se ha llevado a cabo en los talleres de fabricación propias de SARRALLE  y entregados, instalados y puestos en marcha por el equipo de SARRALLE en colaboración con el cliente. La obra civil completa estará bajo la supervisión de SARRALLE.

La relación entre EST Steel Ltd-Vedanta y SARRALLE antes y durante todo el proyecto ha sido muy satisfactoria para ambas partes y estamos seguros de que lo seguirá siendo en el futuro.
