SARRALLE designs and commissions Automatic EBT Sand Filling System with the following features:
System designed to add the sand in a fully automatic, safe, precise and repeatable way.
Composed of a fix storage hopper installed in the EAF roof (for sand storage) equipped with bag cutting blades and gate valve.
A guiding chute or hopper (installed in the Upper shell) for sand guiding.
Automatic EBT gate opening system.
Water cooled Video-camera system for EBT status monitoring installed in the Storage hopper (camera can also be used during EBT cleaning operations or other maintenance operations).
