萨拉冶在CSST 2021会议上作了关于“电弧炉精益炼钢智能生产”的报告

 

 

2021年12月15日,孙涛先生代表萨拉冶(Sarralle)中国,在“2021(第二届)可持续发展钢铁冶金技术国际学术会议”(CSST 2021)上作了关于“电弧炉精益炼钢智能生产”的报告。

 

On December 15, 2021, Mr. Sun Tao, on behalf of Sarralle, made a presentation of “Excelsior Steel Process Intelligence for EAF” at the “2021 China Symposium on Sustainable Iron and Steelmaking Technology” (CSST2021).

 

 

“可持续发展钢铁冶金技术国际学术会议”是由中国金属学会主办的系列国际会议,每隔三年在中国不同城市轮换召开。今年会议在湖南省长沙市召开,会议邀请了来自国内和国外的许多著名专家学者和科研人员进行报告和学术交流。此次会议得到了国内外同行的广泛关注和积极参与,共有来自中国、日本、韩国、德国、奥地利、澳大利亚、瑞典、英国、荷兰、西班牙、美国等11个国家及地区的4109人次线上线下参加。

 

“China Symposium on Sustainable Iron and Steelmaking Technology (CSST)” is a series of international conferences hosted by the Chinese Society for Metals (CSM), which will be held in different cities in China every three years. This year’s conference was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. Many well-known experts, scholars and researchers from domestic and abroad have been invited to give presentations in CSST 2021 and to conduct academic exchanges. The conference received extensive attention and active participation. There were 4109 online and offline attendees from 11 countries and regions including China, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Austria, Australia, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United States.

 

本次会议主题为“节能、减排、降碳和循环生态”,会议旨在更深入开展国际学术交流,宣传中国钢铁冶金科技进步方面取得的成就,培养锻炼高水平科技人才,推动钢铁冶金技术的发展。

 

The theme of this conference is "Energy saving, emission reduction, carbon reduction and ecology recycling". The purpose of the conference is to carry out more in-depth international academic exchanges, publicize the achievements of China's iron and steel metallurgical science and technology progress, cultivate high-level scientific and technological talents, and promote the iron and steel metallurgical technology development.

 

在大会报告中,孙涛先生介绍了萨拉冶环保电弧炉的一系列智能系统及先进的自动化机械设备,并且提出了基于工业4.0的未来智能工艺发展方向:

 

In the presentation, Mr. Sun Tao introduced a series of intelligent systems and advanced automatic mechanical equipment of Sarralle Blue Efficient Arc®, and proposed the future development plan of the Smart Process based on Industry 4.0.

 

萨拉冶电炉拥有众多智能化、自动化系统及设备,如SARCON电极调节系统,SUBURU气体分析系统,SARJET喷射系统,还有自动渣门自动填砂等机械设备,他们都是可以独自自主工作的各个单元。

 

Sarralle has many intelligent and automated systems and equipment, such as SARCON electrode adjustment system, SUBURU gas analysis system, SARJET injection system, and automatic slag door, automatic sand filling among other mechanical equipment. Each unit can work independently.

 

为了更进一步发展自动化智能炼钢工艺,萨拉冶在研究如何将上述系统进行集成。

 

In order to further develop the automated intelligent steelmaking process, Sarralle is studying how to integrate the above-mentioned systems.

 

基于工业4.0系统,萨拉冶已经在第一次集成方面做出了一些成就。

第一次集成主要是将SARCON电极调节系统,SUBURU气体分析系统,SARJET喷射系统和L2二级控制进行集成。通过数据采集处理,再通过L2控制系统进行自学习,可以实现在没有人工直接干预的情况下进行工艺智能化管理和控制。可以确保冶炼工艺的稳定、可靠和灵活性,便于适应冶炼工艺中的任何变化。

 

Based on the Industry 4.0 system, Sarralle has already made some achievements in the first integration.

The first integration mainly focuses on the integration of SARCON, SUBURU, SARJET and the L2 control system. Through data collection and processing, with the self-learning through the L2 control system, intelligent process management and control can be realized without direct manual intervention. It can ensure the stability, reliability and flexibility of the steel-melting process, and is easy to adapt to any changes during the process.

第二次集成将在上述基础上进一步融入自动渣门、出钢口自动打开装置、自动填砂和自动测温采样装置等机械和机器人设备,实现电炉的整体“自交互系统”。

 

The second integration will further integrate mechanical and robotic equipment such as automatic slag door, EBT opening device, sand filling and automatic temperature measurement and sampling device on the basis of the above, to realize the overall "self-interaction system" of the electric furnace.

 

通过两次集成后,原本相对独立的系统和机械设备都能互相产生联系,并且在系统控制下具有自干预和分析功能。基于大数据,结合新算法,融入物联网和人工智能技术,达到动态的冶金工艺控制,从而帮助降低能耗,提高生产效率,提高安全性能,并且获得生态绿色的炼钢环境。

 

After two integrations, the originally relatively independent systems and mechanical equipment can be connected to each other, and have self-intervention and analysis functions under system control. Based on big data, combined with new algorithms, with integration of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology, to achieve dynamic metallurgical process control, thereby helping to reduce energy consumption, improve production efficiency, ensure safety performance, and obtain an ecologically green steelmaking environment.

 

但这不是萨拉冶的最终目标,萨拉冶致力于更进一步发展数字化炼钢,通过深度的数据分析和交叉对比,实现精准的工艺控制,例如在预测性维护、耗材更换等方面。

 

But this is not the ultimate goal of Sarralle. Sarralle is committed to further development of digital steelmaking. Through in-depth data analysis and cross-comparison, to achieve precise process control, such as preventive maintenance and consumable replacement.

 

当今世界,包括中国,都面临着巨大的脱碳挑战。作为碳排放大户的钢铁行业,如何实现中国政府提出的双碳目标,更是一个艰巨的挑战。面对这样的挑战,萨拉冶将竭尽所能,和大家一起去直面应对,为钢铁行业的低碳绿色可持续发展,做出应有的贡献。

 

The world today, including China, is facing huge challenges in decarbonization. China, as a major carbon emitter, how to achieve the carbon peak and neutrality target proposed by the Chinese government is an even more daunting challenge. Faced with such challenges, Sarralle will do our best to cope with it directly and make due contributions to the low-carbon, green and sustainable development of the steel industry.
