SARRALLE is proud to announce its new project from Rungta Mines Ltd in India. India is the world's largest producer of sponge iron, most of which is produced primarily through the coal based method of production. Growth in the sponge iron production can be attributed largely to the popularity of secondary steelmaking route, which has shown a phenomenal growth in India.
Rungta Mines started with its Steel Industries, core competency business in mining and it has now diversified into various other areas and has established a countrywide presence. Today, the group has under its umbrella, companies that are in Steel, Mining, Construction, Cement and a Multi-Facility Club. The focus of Rungta Group on the Environmental concern made SARRALLE the best industrial engineer provider to achieve the development process in a sustainable way.
SARRALLE includes in the scope of supply the engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of 5 LRFs, FES and MHS. The start up is expected for next year. The works will be performed at the 2 different steel plants of Rungta Mines:
Jharkhand , Chaliyama plant
Supply of 2 LRFs of 20Tn/each with expected date of start up in January 2020.
Supply of 1 LRF of 35 Tn/each, with 45,000 m3/hr capacity FES system and total Material Handling System (MHS) including design, engineering and automation. Expected by October 2020.
Odisha, Kamanda plant
Supply of 2 LRFs of 20Tn/each including the design and engineering expected by April 2020.
