SARRALLE India has been selected once again by JINDAL STEEL & POWER ( JSPL ) to Supply the Design and Engineering , Manufacturing , Commissioning & Supervisión of 250ton RH Degasser Relocation at his Odisha site in Angul, India.
The main objectives with this RH process are reduce hydrogen and nitrogen and decarburization in order to degass large amounts of molten steel and produce high purity steel for different grades. The main facilities for this process will be a single station 250Tn RH Degasser with a movable platform and the Material Handling System ( MHS ). The Comissioning for the Degasser has been scheduled for 2024.

SARRALLE India ha sido seleccionada de nuevo por JINDAL STEEL & POWER ( JSPL ) para suministrar el Diseño y la Ingeniería, Fabricación, Supervisión y Puesta en Marcha de la Reubicación del Desgasificador de Vacío RH de 250Tn en su planta de Odisha en Angul, India.
Los principales objetivos de este proceso RH son la reducción de hidrógeno y nitrógeno y la deescarburización para desgasificar grandes cantidades de acero fundido y producir diferentes grados de acero de las más alta pureza . Los principales equipos para este proceso serán el Desgasificador RH de 250Tn de una única estación con plataforma móvil y el sistema de manejo de materiales. La puesta en marcha del nuevo desgasificador ha sido planificado para el año 2024.
