To fight climate change, large-scale decarbonisation of our economy is essential.
Aluminium and Steel industries are a very important part of this economy and one promising solution is the use of hydrogen as fuel.
This solution solves the emissions problem but it comes with new challlenges and we need to check how this solutions affects the product and the equipments. New technologies and policies must be developed and this is why HylnHeat has been created .
SARRALLE is part ot this big project with 28 partners from 12 european countries and we are developing , testing and trying to implement in the steel industry new combustion technologies in order to help towards this descarbonization.

Para luchar contra el cambio climático, es esencial una descarbonización a gran escala de nuestra economía.
Las industrias del Aluminio y del Acero son muy importantes en nuestra economía y una prometedora solución para conseguir dicha descarbonización es el uso del hidrógeno como combustible.
Esta solución resuelve el problema de las emisiones pero viene acompañada de nuevos retos y necesitamos chequear cómo afecta esta solución al producto y a los equipos utilizados en el proceso. Nuevas tecnologías y políticas deben ser desarrolladas y para ello fué creado HylnHeat .
SARRALLE es parte de este gran proyecto junto con 28 socios de más de 12 paises europeos y estamos desarrollando , testeando e implementando en la industria siderúrgica , nuevas tecnologías de combustión que favorezcan esta descarbonización.
