SARRALLE Processing Lines is proud to announce the Acceptance of the revamping of ThyssenKrupp Materials Processing Europe (TKMPE) - El Puig’s automatic packaging line in Valencia (Spain).

As previously announced the project was awarded in October 2019 and scheduled to be released on April 2020. However, due to the worldwide health crisis, the work was finally delivered on June last year. Since then, the outcome of our intervention has been outstanding and SARRALLE is glad to disclose our capabilities of delivering our job on time and quality.  This was possible thanks to the total control of SARRALLE's supply chain. Even at uncertain times, we are able to overcome any obstacle, through our flexible manufacturing. It's pertinent to remark the joint collaboration of ThyssenKrupp towards the success of the project, none of the achievements would have been possible without their unconditional support. 

The scope of work of the turnkey project included the mechanical and electrical engineering, automatization, own manufacturing of the equipment, assembly, commissioning and start-up of the automatic packaging line.

SARRALLE Processing Line’s intervention cleared up the precedent bottle neck. The new packaging line leads to cost savings by increasing the productivity of the evacuation. The process automation, significantly enhanced the speed of packaging and evacuation. Our commitment and ambition exceeded Thyssenkrupp’s productivity ratio expectations, providing wider capabilities in terms of quality and dimensions to our partner with the greatest added value products.

As a result, we can assure the type of validation services our customers need for sensitive projects such as the one described, with low investment and a qualitative escalation.

SARRALLE Processing Lines se enorgullece de anunciar la aceptación de la modernización de la linea automática de empaquetado para ThyssenKrupp Materials Processing Europe (TKMPE) - El Puig en Valencia (España).

Como se anunció anteriormente, el proyecto se adjudicó en octubre de 2019 y su entrega estaba prevista para abril de 2020. Sin embargo, debido a la crisis sanitaria mundial, el trabajo finalmente se entregó en junio del año pasado. Desde entonces, el resultado de nuestra intervención ha sido sobresaliente y SARRALLE se complace en divulgar nuestra capacidad de entregar nuestro trabajo a tiempo y con calidad. Esto fue posible gracias al control total de la cadena de suministro de SARRALLE. Incluso en momentos de incertidumbre, podemos superar cualquier obstáculo a través de nuestra fabricación flexible. Es importante resaltar la colaboración conjunta de ThyssenKrupp hacia el éxito del proyecto, ninguno de los logros hubiera sido posible sin su apoyo incondicional.

El alcance de trabajo del proyecto llave en mano incluyó la ingeniería mecánica y eléctrica, la automatización, la fabricación propia de los equipos, el montaje, la puesta en servicio y la puesta en marcha de la línea de empaquetado automático.

La intervención de SARRALLE Processing Lines despejó el cuello de botella precedente. La nueva línea de empaquetado genera ahorros en costes al aumentar la productividad de evacuación. La automatización del proceso mejoró significativamente la velocidad de empaquetado y evacuación. Nuestro compromiso y ambición superaron las expectativas de ratio de productividad de Thyssenkrupp, brindando capacidades más amplias en términos de calidad y dimensiones a nuestro socio con productos de mayor valor añadido.

Como resultado, podemos asegurar la validación de los servicios que nuestros clientes necesitan para proyectos sensibles como el descrito, con baja inversión y salto cualitativo.
