It is a general duty to try and balance economic and industrial activity with respect for the environment. Grupo Sarralle is committed to encouraging all personnel to adjust their activities and operations so they are compatible with maximum respect for the environment.
In the framework of its commitment to protecting the environment the management of Grupo Sarralle considers the following principles fundamental:
- Prevent the generation of waste, emissions and spills in order to ensure clean and healthy air, water and soil.
- Use water, energy and ancillary raw materials efficiently to ensure responsible management of natural resources and wastes.
To achieve these principles, the group has developed an Environmental Enhancement Plan, which allows it to move forward in its level of commitment with the environment.
All of this involves a reduction in the use of raw materials, ancillary materials, water and energy.
