Based on these principles, the Group has adopted a series of actions:
- Implement an effective quality system in compliance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 quality standard, ensuring that the manual governing quality, procedures and methods is strictly followed.
- Analyse the pertinent data and information for drawing up quality objectives with a view to achieving continuous improvement; define the corresponding action plans and responsibilities for achieving the objectives.
- Adopt the remedial and preventive measures necessary to eliminate the cause for non-compliances and deficiencies in quality.
- Ensure maximum employee motivation, participation and competence in the area of quality by creating a positive working environment and drawing up yearly training plans.
